This super-stretchy top performs well either next to the skin or as an insulating outer layer.

It won't stop the wind but you get loads of reflectives and the overall quality is fantastic.

For better weather and wind protection Gore Bike Wear make the same jersey with a layer of Gore-Tex Windtopper lining the front and arms.
