These are a cracking pair of flats that work really well, look the part, are easily servicable and won’t cost you the earth. 

Feel-wise, the Wah Wahs are excellent. They’re slightly concave and the pin length and positioning are both decent pin so you feel like you’re properly gripping the pedals as opposed to vice versa. 

The width lets you get away with quite a lot over faster stuff too. The looks are just spot on. The shape resembles Atomlabs and they have a dark ano-grey finish. There’s a flush 6mm allen key installation and an after-market service kit is also available.

At 480g these are the lightest flat pedals Kona produce, and at just 17mm tall you can see why. The CNC’d 6061 bodies come with 10 3.4mm replaceable pins on either side, 4130 chromoly axles spinning on double cartridge bearings and DU bushings. 

The Wah Wah’s don’t spin too much on their axles either meaning they’re always where you left them. They’re a good size too – width and length is 95mm – so even the Big Foots out there will always find something to get a hold of.
