Lazer Helmets Genesis Lady | $175
BikeRadar verdict
"Comfortable, light and secure, but we’re waiting for a camo version"
Lazer’s Rollsys retention system uses a light, cord-supported loop around the circumference of the lid that’s anchored firmly to the back and grips very neatly to the rear of your skull. Unusually, the adjuster dial is set into the top of the helmet eliminating a bulky ratchet and dialling in the fit is a snug and comfy joy.
Good-sized front vents shove plenty of air through, keeping things comfortably cool. A firmly fixed peak doesn’t spring any nasty surprises despite not being adjustable.
Conforms to the strict AS/NZS safety standard as well as the standard EN1078 and were it not for the very Euro paintjobs, we’d happily wear this all day long in male or female variants, but as it is we only dared venture out after dark.
