"Just about as good a knee/shin guard combo as you’ll get"

The new Race leg armour from SixSixOne looks better than ever. We’re big fans of the new white Stormtrooper-esque, high-impact vented plastic.

The fit is superb as usual and there’s an internal knee sock to keep everything forward facing, with double Velcro straps at either end to secure them. The ventilated foam padding and open rear means you stay cool and there’s enough flex to get the power down when you need to. 

The level of protection is spot on and we didn’t experience any rubbing or discomfort. The pads protect, fit well and look cool – ’nuff said.
