SKS Puro Pump | $51.72
BikeRadar verdict
"Okay for high pressure road tyres but a bit fiddly to use"
Mini pumps are always a compromise on performance and the Puro is no exception. It’s light at 90g and at 194mm won’t steal room in your pack, but its tiny air chamber takes an age to inflate anything larger than the skinniest of road tyres.
There’s little resistance through the short stroke, a built-in gauge tells you when you’re (finally) there and the Presta-only valve end tucks away in the cylinder when you’re done. It’s a bit of a fiddle to hold and the fit is tight, so you need to be careful not to damage your inner tube valve.
