Specialized Bicycles EMT Mini | $25
BikeRadar verdict
"The grip is limited on the chain tool but it's a great price and light."
If you are looking for lightness – and most riders are – this 6cm long tool weighs just 159g and has 2.5, 4, 5, 6 and 8mm Allen keys plus a T25 Torx.
The Phillips screwdriver fits into the end of the 8mm Allen key and is a tad too small for stubborn screws on, say, a front mech but it is handy for changing batteries on some cycle computers.
The chain tool requires the use of an Allen key, but there’s not enough leverage to get a really firm grip when removing a link to break the chain so it’s strictly for emergencies unless you’re happy to put up with a bit of discomfort.
The price includes a tough nylon protective pouch to stop it rubbing against other things in your saddle pack or jersey pocket. No spoke key.

User review of Specialized Bicycles EMT Mini
Just a note, you can use the (removable) screwdriver bit as the "key" to assist turning the chain tool. Makes life a lot easier.
