South West conference on the development of off-road cycling facilities

Are you on the right track in developing and providing facilities for off-road cyclists?

Whether you are catering for family cyclists or mountain bike enthusiasts this conference is for you. The Forestry Commission, CTC - The National Cyclists' Organisation and IMBA-UK have put together "Making Tracks Across the SW", being held Wednesday 21st Feb at Padbrook Park Hotel and Golf Club [9am - 4pm].

The day will bring together mountain bike facility experts to share their experience across a range of subjects including:

  • The market for activity based tourism and how to make the most of it!
  • How much should we fear litigation and high insurance premiums?
  • How to develop a new off-road cycling facility - the importance of planning
  • Best practice from a range of other successful cycling facilities/sites from across the UK
  • If you're a project manager, AONB Officer, interested landowner, involved in managing off-road cycling facilities, an enthusiast (existing and potential new club leaders/developers), sports development officer, associated biking businesses or potential funder this is the conference you can't afford to miss!
