Lance in more big ring action

Seven times Tour de France winner (who famously cut across a ploughed field on his road bike at forty miles per hour on a mountain descent) got a call the other day to guest drive the pace car at this years Indy 500 motor race. He is reported to have taken about a nanosecond to agree to drive the 500 horse power Chevy Corvette. "Hopefully I won't mess this up" was his quote at the time. So, if you're in Austin, Texas in the next few weeks just watch out for Lance at the lights...
Lance will join the likes of Colin Powell, Morgan Freeman and Jay leno as celeb pace car drivers.
It's on May 26th. He said he can't wait to hear the roar of the 250,000 screaming fans.
