2009 Tour of Spain to go Dutch

The Vuelta will venture outside Spain in 2009 (Unipublic)
The Netherlands will provide the starting point for the 2009 Tour of Spain, race organisers said on Wednesday.
The prologue for the 64th Vuelta in 2009 will take place in Assen before the first stage is held in the province of Drenthe in the north of the Netherlands.
Next year's race meanwhile will start from Grenada on August 30 before ending in Madrid on September 21.
