7th Annual Battle Royal

Doncaster Moto Park - October 7th and 8th
The wait is over, the 7th annual battle Royal is back. Get down to Doncaster Moto Park for a fun filled weekend of minibikes, motocross and good times.
The Battle Royal is a fitting celebration to the end of the season - whether you push pedals or twist throttles. A weekend dedicated to having a good time on your bike just for the fun of it. No points, no lap scoring, no trophies - just a good time on dirt bikes.
There are some great prizes on offer from Royal, Minibikepro, 661, Marzocchi and MBP - prizes are drawn from entries, not race results - so you could be taking home a set of Marzocchi minibike forks just for turning up for a weekend of fun - that's the spirit of the Battle Royal.
The minibike track at last year's race was the best yet, so there's a big challenge for the boys to step it up again. You can ride the mini track all day both Saturday and Sunday. Its four stroke minibikes all the way, so go and race your mates on a custom made minibike track - designed and built by Trevor Scott, it's sure to leave you smiling and wanting more.
A machine is kept on site for the weekend and the track will be graded throughout the weekend to keep it running good - a real minibike track, built by minibike riders.
Saturday will see the usual Battle Royal motocross race - in the usual spirit of the Battle Royal it's winner takes nothing - the big stakes are for the bragging rights. Jordan Rose currently being the man with the rights.
Ed Bradley's track at DMP is an awesome track for the motocross race, so bring your crosser and challenge Jordan for the win. You can ride the MX track all weekend, included in your riding fee.
Party? Last year's was different to say the least. This year's will be better still, if you were there last year you'll know what to expect. There will be a couple of excellent bands who recently played at Steve Peat's other event, "The Wharncliffe Weekender" - (Fish Dam Lane and Cuba just to name a few) so rock out while the party chaos ensues. Bring your own beer and have a good time. It can be a tad cold up at DMP in October so bring clothing for all conditions and you can't fail to enjoy.
Organiser Steve Peat said: "I am both stoked and excited to be getting the plans in place for the 7th Annual Battle Royal, over the years the event has grown and grown and this year is going to be the best yet .
I love to see everyone having fun and that's what the Battle Royal is all about. The tracks are going to be the best ever and the party will give you all a chance to let your hair down.
So get your bikes out and get down to Doncaster Moto Park on the 7/8 Oct for some throttle twisting fun.
See you there!"
Entry is strictly pay on the gate, get the correct wristbands and ride all weekend. Camping is included in the price. Its £50 for the two days riding, party and camping and this year we're giving every weekend pass riders a custom 'Royal Racing' , "Battle Royal" T-shirt. Don't worry if you only want to come for one day, its only £20 to enter and you can buy a T-shirt if you want for £10. Riding on both days commences from 10am. Your bike needs to be a four-stroke minibike, no exception.
So put the date in your diaries, make sure your bikes fully dialled and ready for a weekend full of fun, bikes and friends. Battle Royal, 7th and 8th October - Be there!
