You'd have thought riding with Doddy might have held him back a bit, but Chris Smith is doing a damn good imitation of Ghod at the moment (that's Ghod the American deity of dirt jumping and freeride, it is not short for Godfrey).

So what's happening to Chris?

"I'm going to France later in the month to compete in the jumping comps at Chamonix. You making any money?

"Yes, I'm getting paid for the demos on top of my salary from Azonic."

Good man. That's what we like to hear. Then what?

"Then I'm going to Sweden in July to take part in a freeride competition...

Is it true Jim's dad lowered the suspension of your Golf with an angle grinder? And that you're going to appear naked in RedLine?

"Yes and no."

Well don't go too fast over hump back bridges, praise the lowered!
