BikeRadar Live: Road and mountain bike demo rides

Take the best new bikes for a spin

You can test-ride the best new road and mountain bikes in the UK's biggest ever demo days at this year’s BikeRadar Live.

There's no extra charge to take part in the bike demos; all you need to do is register at the registration tent on arrival at the show.

Check out all the brands attending and the bikes available to test at www.bikeradar.com/demodays from 1 May.

Mountain bike demo rides

Try out the latest mountain bikes on a purpose-built two-mile trail designed by four time National Mountain Bike Champion Will Longden. The course will keep beginners happy as well as seasoned riders, with options for all abilities. All you need to do is register with us on the day.

The test track will be available – subject to restrictions on the number of riders per session – at the following times:

  • 10.30am-6.30pm, Saturday 30 May
  • 9am-4pm, Sunday 31 May

How to take part

You’ll need to produce a photo ID, passport or driving licence PLUS a household bill, and sign an indemnity. Under-18s will need a parent or guardian to sign for them.

All riders must wear helmets, and bikes will be checked to make sure they are roadworthy before you are allowed onto the trails.

Participation may be limited and on a first-come-first-served basis due to capacity restrictions. Times are subject to change, and weather conditions permitting.
