BikeRadar Training at the London Bike Show

Tickets to the training hub are available for just £99 for a limited time only London Bike Show
The BikeRadar Training Hub will return to The London Bike Show this January, with Koolstof Coaching on hand to put visitors through their pedal strokes with a series of fitness tests and consultations.
The two hour session is designed to enhance cycling performance and highlight where improvements can be made and includes the following:
Zone 1: POWERbreathe Inspiratory muscles tested, body fat analysis, height, weight, anti-oxidant levels measurements, spin scan analysis
Zone 2: Fitness test to assess power zones, heart rate zones and VO2 max
Zone 3: Postural and flexibility assessment
Zone 4: Coaching talk, introduction to training and coaching, and open questions
Koolstof will then analyse your results and put together personalised training plans that will be sent to you later. Tickets to the hub normally cost £115 but we have an extremely limited number available at £99. To book your place, click here and enter the code TRAIN2 at the checkout. The London Bike Show takes place from 17-20 January at the ExCel arena and will see brands including Ridgeback, Marin, Wilier, Brooks and GoPro exhibiting their 2013 products. Tickets to the show normally cost £16 but entering the code RAD26 will get you £12 adult tickets until 31 December 2012 – that's a saving of 40 percent on the door price.
