Compton, Trebon win US cyclo-cross nationals

Katie Compton won her fifth consecutive Elite women's US cyclo-cross national title Sunday, beating Georgia Gould and Rachel Lloyd in Kansas City, Kansas.

Ryan Trebon took the men's Elite title later in the afternoon, beating Jamey Driscoll and Jonathan Page to take his second title in three years.
