The Lee's Cyclery bike chain in Colorado have announced that Discovery Channel's Tom Danielson will hold a benefit to raise money for junior cycling development programs in Colorado. The event is free to the public and will include a Q&A with Danielson and Dave Towle, America's premier race announcer. Also scheduled are a meet and greet autograph session, raffles, a silent auction, and door prizes. In addition, anyone who donates $25 receives 10% off anything in the store in November.

"Junior programs are essential to finding and growing the best talents in the sport," said Danielson. "I certainly benefited from these programs and it's great to be able to give back a little and contribute."

The event will be held on Thursday, November 9 at Lee's Cyclery's south store location at 931 E. Harmony Road, Fort Collins, Colorado. Doors open at 6pm. On Saturday, November 11, Tom will lead a group ride through at Fort Collins. The ride is limited to 30 participants and requires a $100 donation. Each participant will have a photo taken with Tom during the ride and receive a printed copy by mail. Riders can reserve a spot at the fundraiser or visit http://www.leescyclery.com to reserve online.
