Entries filling up for the Merida TransWales ‘08

By Matthew Cole

The Merida TransWales seven day mountain bike stage challenge starts on 16 August this year, and the entry number is strictly limited to 300 so if you want to do the challenge, you’d better get your entry in quickly.

Paired riders or solo riders are allowed to enter the race, which is a mixture of linking and special stages that take in great riding throughout Wales including Builth Wells, Brechfa Forest and Nantyrarian.

Eighty per cent of the places for the event have been filled, so if you’re interested in entering don’t hesitate. For more information go to the event website

To enter, download the entry form from the website, fill it in (one entry form per rider) and send it through to the TransWales team together with your deposit.
