Check out this crazy "Mad Max" style concept bike carefully handcrafted by the talented designers at GT which we spotted at the recent Eurobike show in Germany

It's GT's concept full-sus "G-Box" urban downhill machine. It features an internal gearbox which completely eliminates the need for a deraillieurs, and means no more chain-slap and no more chain falling off mid run.

Less moving parts on the outside has gotta be a good thing. Gears should be kept away from mud and crap, just look at cars and motorbikes. Internal gearboxes are the way forward.

Kitted out with custom hope disks, a crazy GT logo metal bash guard and slick DH tyresthis could be the ultimate machine for the Downtown Redbull style urban downhill events.

See it in London

The concept bike is being shipped over to the UK to appear on the GT stand at the forthcoming "International Cycle Show" in the Business Design Centre, Islington, London. The show is open to the public from 26th Sept - 28th Sept.
