First look: Mountain Cycle mountain bikes
The guys from California-based Mountain Cycle dropped by this morning to show us their '09 range of full-suspension mountain bikes.
The Fury is the company’s cross-country/all-mountain ‘do-it-all’ frame, and has undergone continuous improvement since it was introduced in 2005. The 5in travel frame has a dropped top tube, full monocoque swingarm and uninterrupted cable routing.
The Battery marks Mountain Cycle’s foray into the slopestyle
arena and is built for abuse with a CNC machined billet aluminium bottom bracket yoke
for increased tracking and stiffness and a CNC’d chainstay yoke for good tyre and
mud clearance. The
The Shockwave is built for downhill and the scarier side of freeride. Mountain Cycle have revised the linkages on the new Shockwave to offer 8ins of progressive travel through a rocker-activated single pivot setup.
MBUK will be featuring the new Mountain Cycle range in an upcoming issue of the magazine.

Ah, I just seen there's a model called shockwave, you may also know they are the shitest bikes ever to be made, from Halfords... The first one looks like one of them.
