Tested by the the Orbea Team and Olympic champion Julien Absalon, the Toro Tubeless Ready has Hardskin sidewall reinforcement and a low-profile but surprisingly grippy tread.

Hutchinson say: "Available in 26in and 29in dimensions, the Toro Tubeless Ready is ideal for all-around use. Open side knobs hang on in the turns, while the knobs on top deliver an efficient overall ride. Add Hardskin reinforcement to the mix and you have a very light yet tough tyre."

  • Half-way through March, and we're told to read a review in a magazine from May 09.

I've never understood why magazines are always 1.5-2mths ahead of the rest of the World.
