BikeRadar.com is just over a year old and is growing into what we believe is the world's most comprehensive cycling website. We’ve added many new features to the site since its inception, and the most recent improvement to the site is to the Gear Browser – the place where you can find all our bike, component, accessories and kit reviews.
We have over 4,500 bike, component, clothing and accessory reviews on the site which have been written by some of the best reviewers in the world. Our product testers have put hundreds of miles of riding time in to push the bikes, bits and clothing to the limit.
All of these products can now be easily filtered using the primary filter:
Then drill down further by brand, price and rating:
So if you’re after a bike at a certain price point, or you want to search for a helmet by a particular manufacturer, the new gear browser is an invaluable tool.
The Bikes and Gear section is also the best place to read the latest gear-related features on the site, including:
- interviews with bicycle designers, professional racers and engineers
- in-depth looks at professional racers’ bikes, from the mountain and road world
The workshop section on the Gear Browser could be the difference between a stress-free ride and a chain crunching, pedal clicking hub rattling nightmare. We’ll be adding more easy-to-follow tutorials on essential workshop jobs over the coming months to keep your bike running as smooth as possible.
Also take a look at the workshop area on our media player for tutorials and help.
