Some people may have noticed that significant news wires are carrying an account about a St. Paul based “wet house” in Minnesota. A “wet house” allows homeless and at risk alcoholics to stay in a center, but continue to use alcohol as long as it’s at the facility. The theory is that it is better for people who aren't getting sober at least to do so safely. Far more towns are beginning to have similar facilities.
