MBUK's resident nutter gets a tow from a Porsche

We've got used to Rob Jarman calling us with crazy ideas, but when he told us that he wanted to tie a mountain bike behind a Porsche, sit on board and see how fast he could go. well, that boy worries us at times.

It all started last year when Rob did some track racing in a Porsche Carrera Cup racing car. Afterwards he was having a chat with the other drivers and they invited him along to the Carrera Cup final at Donington Park.

So there he was, watching the Porsches fly by at stupid speeds when an idea struck. What would it be like to be sitting on a bike behind, tied to the rear spoiler by a piece of rope? Admittedly, it's an odd thought to have, but the Jarmanator is an odd sort of a bloke, and once he's got an idea in his head, particularly one that involves bikes and danger to life and limb, he has to give it a go.

And that's how he finds himself sitting behind a 470bhp monster on his bike, holding on for dear life.
