Jenny Copnall retains British XC title

The British Cross-Country Championships took place over the weekend, including Round 4 of the 2007 British Mountain Bike Series.

Jenny Copnall retained her British cross country title in the elite women's race, with Jenn O'Connor a close second and Ruth McGavin in third.

In the elite men's race Oli Beckingsale battled it out with Ian Wilkinson, with Oli eventually taking the win. Nick Craig finished third.
