The race will be held on the black and red sections of the new £300,000 Deadwater mountain bike trail, which was unveiled last autumn. Other venues on the Avalanche Trophy circuit include Alpe D’Huez in the French Alps and Brixen in the Italian Tyrolean mountains.
A project of the Kielder Trail Reavers, Kielder Partnership
and the Forestry Commission, the Deadwater trail is the highest trail in
