Michael Vickers fended off tough competition last year to win a place on the squad, which offers up-and-coming racers the chance to ride at a professional level with the help of a world-class support team. And victory in the Senior Men category - his first outing with the team - will justify the decision by our sister magazine to go with Michael ahead of a huge field of competition.

Michael is writing a blog over on Mountain Bike UK's site about his life on the team and will be a regular poster throughout the season. His first post following his win last weekend is now up, so head over there and check it out.
