  • Is Katerina really talking about Fisher Outdoor? As one of their trade customers for years my experience is that their customer service is mediocre at best.Warranty issues - forget it. They never return calls and frequently send out incorrect items. This summer alone I had a customers Orca TDC in the shop for over 2 months waiting for a replacement Red BB.First they were out of stock, then when they did have stock they sent the wrong product..twice! Similar issues with RockShox forks, took 3 months to send the right part. The only reason I trade with them is because I cant get certain items from anyone else, and they know that! Seriously WTB, nice products but I am sure you can easily find a better distributor than Fishers.
