Street riding Milton Keynes
We skid to a halt in front of the rail that covers the steps. Our guess is that too many street skaters have forced the council to put up a rail in front of the steps, but putting it in hasn't actually stopped the street thing; they've just moved the goal posts and upped the stakes. Without realising the time, darkness is suddenly upon us. we notice people starting to leave work and, as we set up, we get our first complaint on this patch. Somehow, though, our charm works and we convince the person to just ignore us and move on.

The pressure's on. A fine mist of rain fills the air and a freshly-parked car is now filling one of the two empty spots in the run-out. Ignoring these factors, Laybes cranks towards the rail, pulls up on the bars, hauling the front wheel clear of the rail, taps the rear on the top and rides out. Sheer style.

Milton Keynes - grey and boring? Only if you don't know what you're looking for.
