Peaty's Weekender

Thursday, June 22, 2006 11.00pm
After some old school MTB fun? Get yourself to Wharncliffe forest.
Steve Peat and friends have organised a race/fun ride on the 8-9 July in aid of Weston Park Cancer Appeal, and it promises to be one hell of a weekend!

There'll be entertainment provided on the Saturday night, and arguably more entertainment on Sunday when Peaty and a load of other riders enter the 'fancy dress fun class' ride. Peat said: "I encourage most people to do this as it's all about having a fun time and raising money for charity. Anything goes for fancy dress!"

Anyone raising more than £50 will receive a FREE Wharncliffe Weekender T-shirt autographed by Steve Peat. All entrants will receive a complimentary camping permit (if needed) for use on Saturday 8 July. Extra camping permits are £5 per tent/caravan and will permit one
vehicle.

For more information and to download an entry form, go to wharncliffweekender.co.uk. Closing date for entries is 5th July 2006.
