bn3sports claim to be the biggest supporters of women's mountain biking in the UK in recent years having established, and subsequently developed, the UK's (if not the World's) first all-female factory downhill team. Now they're inviting UK and European riders to submit their CVs for a place on next year's team so if you are - or if you know of - a girl who rips downhill, read on!

With a seven-season history of running a top-flight downhill team and with team riders winning a glut of titles, the 2004 incarnation can currently be seen at major national and international events as the AlpineTracks/SRAM/RockShox World Cup Race Team.

The intention is to field a four or five rider team next season, with at least one 4X specialist. The team will contest the UCI World Cup and all major UK races as well as a selection of European races. Three places have already been provisionally filled.

So who are they looking for?

Prospective riders should be:

Female
Aged between 16-35
Resident in the European Union, Norway or Switzerland
Fluent in English
A team player

bn3sports riders are expected to compete in European rounds of the UCI World Cup, but will also be ambassadors for our team sponsors, so we're looking for hard-racing, smooth-talking types.
In return for their efforts, team riders get a comprehensive package including expenses, kit and a whole range of products and services. Successful applicants will receive full details of the deal on completion of the selection process.

Prospective riders should send their CVs to:
