Have you got a head for heights?
This is one mother of a challenge. The idea is to climb 29,000 feet in the 32 hour period. The event is aimed and designed for teams of up to 6, or solo if you are that loopy...
The plan is to host this on 17/18 July 2004, roadies are also welcome with their own route climbing cheddar gorge [which is a cat 2 climb].
The usual Cheddar vibe, will be here, for example bar open 24/7. Everyone will be welcome to use our 'OOL - Please, there is no P in it and we expect you to keep it that way!
Spares and repairs will be here for both you and your bike, Wrench & Wench, [Masseur]
Note the route goes way off the usual Cheddar lap and climbs from Base camp, on the Park to the Summit 1000ft on top of the Mendips.
Our Nominated Charity is 'Arthritis Research Campaign', to whom all proceeds will go.
