Two-time CrossVegas champion and current U.S. National Champion Ryan Trebon has confirmed he'll line up September 23rd at the biggest cyclocross race in the U.S.
"I am really looking forward to beginning my season off on a good note, hopefully with continuing to the be the only person to ever win CrossVegas," the lanky racer said.
Trebon won the 2008 edition of CrossVegas with a gutsy attack with a lap and half remaining on the tough Desert Breeze Soccer Complex course, then soloed to victory. In the first CrossVegas held in 2007 Trebon out-kicked Swiss rider Christian Heule in the final sprint to the line.
The Bend, Oregon rider has had a great lead-up to the approaching 'cross season with a strong mountain bike racing season that includes multiple top finishes.
"CrossVegas is a great race, I really enjoy racing in front of all the people that make our team and this great industry happen," he added.
