Sea Otter Classic kicks off this week

Watch for new gear here from SRAM, Garmin and others

The 24th annual Sea Otter Classic kicks off this week outside Monterey, California, and BikeRadar will be bringing you inside the exhibits of the hundreds of brands on site.

We are expecting brand new products from SRAM, Garmin and a few other top names, and Sea Otter is always fertile ground for spotting prototypes of upcoming designs.

It was at Sea Otter two year ago, for example, that BikeRadar got an exclusive first ride review on a Colnago C59 Disc with a then-prototype electric/hydraulic brake/shift lever design from Formula. Last year, 650b bikes were among the hot trends.

What will be the talk of the show this year? Sea Otter runs Thursday through Sunday, and BikeRadar will bring you coverage daily.
