Tour tech: 2009 Oakley Racing Jacket

Thor Hushovd and George Hincapie are two of the bigger riders in the pro peloton, and their stature in the 2008 Tour de France also gained them an opportunity to field test prototype Oakley Racing Jacket sunglasses.
Hushovd, riding for Crédit Agricole, won Stage 2 sporting his green Racing Jackets, while Hincapie, resplendent in his new Team Columbia kit, has been spotted wearing a white pair.
According to Oakley's Steve Blick, both riders are pleased with their results so far. Hincapie went so far to tell Blick his Oakley testers were "money." The Racing Jackets will be available to the public in 2009, and while a retail price hasn't been established, Blick did say the new glasses will be easier to switch out lenses, and will come with a polarized lens option.
