Video of the week: Evil Bikes Sect exclusive

Video of the week: Evil Bikes Sect exclusive first look (BikeRadar)
We had exclusive access to Evil Bikes’ private suite at the recent Interbike trade show where we were shown the 140mm full suspension Evil Sect, the company’s latest project.
Kevin Walsh, Evil's creative director talks us through the first living prototype of the Evil Sect which shares the same Delta suspension system as the Evil Revolt.
Walsh said: “We’re utilising a similar form language as the Revolt so it will have the pentagon tubing all hydroformed with hydroformed seatstays on it and all the little bells and whistles.”
It has fully adjustable geometry starting with a 68° steep/13.25" bottom bracket height adjustable to 66.5° slack/13" bottom bracket height.
For more on the Evil Sect, watch the video below:

That was one of the most painful things I've ever watched.
Partly because I really, REALLY want that bike but probably won't be able to afford it (not to mention the fact that it's probably a year or two away from being finished). An Evil bike with 140mm travel and a 68-degree head angle? Hell yes.
But mostly it's because it was a cringe-inducingly painful interview.
'Tennis ball...'
He even said 'right on'. Twice.

Jeez, you guys need to change those nappies.
What's with the daft criticism?
Keep it constructive, or don't bother.

man that looks good, and tbf i think to the "older" people on the forum the interview probably was abit too youthful them. being 17 i thought it was great and the bike looks rad. probably expensive tho which a shame as id love to own one ..... in flouro yellow :D

is that a mistake in the article with regards to the head angle/ bb height. 68º/13" 66.5º/13.25", is it just me or does raising the bb height steepen the head angle, or am i just being thick?

77ric, the written article has it the other way around - so your intuition may have been right ;) seems to me though you'd want to raise the BB with a steeper head angle, more clearance for rougher terrain?
The white looks awesome. The trilbys looks ridiculou.

140mm (160 fork?), 6.5lbs, tough as nails. Bring it in under £1.8K and I'll have one please.
