Watch the Mountain Bike World Championships live!
The mountain bike world has dropped in on Val di Sole, Italy, for a week of racing that will crown the World Champions in mountain bike 4X and downhill today - and you can watch all the action here, live.
The downhill action starts at 11.45am (GMT), and judging by the track conditions there are going to be some major spills. Gee Atherton has got the top seeding place ahead of South African Greg Minnaar and New Zealander Justin Leov.
In the Elite Female race, Rachel Atherton finished an impressive eleven seconds ahead of French rider Emmeline Raggot in the seeding results, with the latter's compatriot Sabrina Jonnier finishing third.
The 4X action takes place at 6pm today on the seven-corner 450m course which drops seventy metres. Team BikeRadar's Will Longden will be riding for Great Britain, and he's been scoping out the track for us so catch up with his thoughts over on the BikeRadar blog.
In the men's race look out for Guido Tschugg of Germany to challenge defending champion Brian Lopes of the United States. In the women's race, the favourites include Jill Kintner (United States), Anneke Beerten (Netherlands) and Jill Kintner (United States).

Don't offer a live feed if you haven't got the network capacity! Their whole site appears to be intermittently down at the moment.

It seems to work now. Must have been a pre-feed hiccup :)
