Wednesday video round-up: Final 'From the Inside Out' trailer

Plus Trek Livestrong camp, biking in Poland and one woman's love for her bike

Every Wednesday we'll be posting a round-up of videos that have caught our eye over the previous seven days. Starting this week’s collection is the final teaser from the soon-to-be released From the Inside Out, the new collaboration between Anthill Films and The Coastal Crew.

The long-awaited film, which received its official European cinema premiere at Glasgow's Film Theatre last night, is the sequel to Follow Me and will get a DVD, Blu Ray and iTunes release tomorrow (1 December).

From the Inside Out is an attempt to capture the lifestyle of pro freeriders on film. Filming took place entirely in British Columbia, the sport's birthplace, and features some of its best riders, including Brandon Semenuk, Steve Smith, Thomas Vanderham, Matt Hunter, Graham Agassiz, Mike Hopkins, Kenny Smith and The Coastal Crew.

Trek Livestrong team camp 2011

Next up is a day in the life of the young guys on the Trek Livestrong under-23 team, a pro-continental outfit created by Lance Armstrong as a project to develop the next generation of elite cyclists. The film documents the lengths some of the riders go to to pursue their dreams of being a professional bike racer.

Many leave their family and friends behind – sometimes on the other side of the world – to dedicate their lives to their sport. Learning how to suffer is perhaps the number one aim of the camp, with the coach saying he expects to push around half the riders to a point where they decide top-level bike racing isn't for them.

Enduro Me

Here's a nice-looking short film chronicling the ultimate places to ride your bike in Poland. From the smooth singletrack of Dukla and the rocky trails of Beskid Wyspowy to the downhill runs of Zawoja, Poland looks to be something of an undiscovered gem for mountain biking.

Bike Love

Concluding this week's round-up is a short film by Rick Darge, shot in Santa Monica and Glendale, California, which tells the tale of one girl's love for her bike and her heartbreak when it's stolen.
