Fancy the chance of a luxury Spring cycling break? All you have to do is answer a simple question and a very special cycling experience could be yours. It's a seven night break for two people at the four star Belvedere Bike Hotel in Italy.

The Belvedere is in Riccione in the Emilia Romagna region of Italy and has featured twice in the pages of C+ and on both occasions not only were we bowled over by the cycling but also, the food and above all the warmth of the welcome. What makes the Belvedere so special is that they cater for every type of rider and nothing is too much trouble. There are four daily, guided tours for all levels riding out into the stunning surrounding countryside and you get a free laundry service, bike storage and workshop access. Either bring your own bike or hire is available from local company De Rosa, but rental costs extra.

Even better you can bring a non-cycling partner along too. There's plenty to keep them occupied with an outdoor pool, Jacuzzi and a Wellness centre offering massage and beauty treatments, but these are not included in the competition. Take a look at their website: http://www.belvederericcione.com

You can enter either right here online or by coming along to the C+ stand (H29/D22) at the Cycle Show from 14th-16th October.

All you have to do is answer this question:

In which region of Italy is the Belvedere Bike Hotel?

a). Tuscany

b). Umbria

c). Emilia Romagna

The prize includes accommodation and all meals and free wine! There's even a barbeque laid on at the family's country house.

You must be available to take the holiday between March and April 2006 and you'll have to book before 31st January 2006. Flights are not included, but free transfer for two plus bikes from Forli airport is. See our list of terms and conditions for more info: Full competition rules

The winner will be drawn on the final day of the Cycle Show at 2pm Sunday 16th October 2005. All entries must be sent to Cycling Plus, Future Publishing, 30 Monmouth Street, Bath, BA1 2BW or emailed to cyclingplus@futurenet.co.uk and please write 'Italy compo' in the subject line. Include your name, address, phone number and the answer.

If you still haven't bought tickets for the Cycle Show they cost £12 on the door and £10 in advance and kids go for a quid. Visit www.cycleshow.co.uk or call 0870 1222895.
