Aha, Siutsou is there for fourth at 2'13, then Laurent Lefevere. Now Fabian Wegmann is attacking the small peloton for sixth.

A brilliant finish by this young German. He's in a lot of pain, but it will be worth it as he crosses the line for the stage victory and the yellow jersey in Le Grand Bornand! Landaluze grits it out for second place, conceding 40 seconds to the winner who is being taken away by his soigneur. Now David De La Fuente crosses the line for third at 1'38. They're all in great pain. This was a hard stage.

Gerdemann hammers it over the last 500m. He's not relaxing yet.
Distance covered: 196KM
Distance remaining: 1KM
Gerdemann is not going to be caught, no way. He has 36 seconds over his chaser with 1km to go.
Distance covered: 195KM
Distance remaining: 2KM
Gerdemann now has to pedal on a slight rise as he goes under 2km to go. He's driving his biggest gear with a lot of power. The main peloton is led by Caisse d'Epargne, picking up Elmiger. Three riders left in front: Gerdemann, Landaluze and De La Fuente. I think Fofonov has been swallowed.
Distance covered: 194KM
Distance remaining: 3KM
Gerdemann is in the outskirts of Le Grand Bornand, taking a right hander beautifully. He's well on his way to the win.
Distance covered: 193KM
Distance remaining: 4KM
4km left and the German is flying towards Le Grand Bornand for the stage victory. See, he's not just a pretty face.
Distance covered: 192KM
Distance remaining: 5KM
Gerdemann is under 5km to go, again in the low profile position. His saddle is almost higher than his helmet. Another hairpin, he takes it safely.
