Friday

Arrive at your leisure. Check in time is from 3pm onwards. Our team will be on hand to welcome you and register you for the event from 2pm onwards. The secure bike store facility will be open from 2pm. A buffet dinner will be served between 7.30-8.30pm and you’re free to use the hotel leisure and entertainment facilities and relax ahead of the main weekend activities.

Saturday

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Secure bike storage open and sign-on commences. We will have mechanical assistance available if you have any pre event issues.

There will be a short welcome and event rider briefing before we head out on group rides and skills sessions.

We will split groups into ability levels to ensure you are riding with others of similar ability and so no one is held back or struggling to keep pace with their group and there will be the chance to move between groups during the weekend to ensure you are always riding at a level you are comfortable with.

All rides will be lead by experienced ride leaders with knowledge of the routes and local area. There will be vehicle based mechanical support available and a nutritious lunch stop at a local pub will be provided. We aim to cover around 60 miles but will have a number of flexible alternative routes available to allow for an early return for those who may be feeling tired and extensions if groups are feeling exceptionally fresh!

On return to the hotel you will have chance to shower and change. We have a number of recovery activities; access to the hotel pool and spa facilities, stretching class and massages available, as well as opportunities to chat to our coaches and experts.

Saturday evening

Dinner at the hotel. This is a three course meal with wine and soft drinks included. This is a chance to meet our team and experts as well as chat with fellow riders There will be guest speakers and question and answer sessions.

Sunday

Breakfast at hotel ahead of the day’s main activity, a longer group ride. Again there will be mechanical support available and pre-ride stretching sessions available.

We will then head out as a group for a sportive style ride. Again we aim to cover around 60 miles and there will be our expert ride leaders and mechanical support available throughout the ride. There will be a fully stocked feed stop and we will head back to the hotel for a late lunch.

Check out time from the hotels is 5pm to give you plenty of time to shower and recover after the day’s activities before heading off.
