Giro make some of the best helmets in the world and their new glove line looks set to follow in that tradition.

The Rivet is a wonderfully lightweight and minimalist glove that’s perfect for warding off blisters as you bouncedown the trail.

The fixed cuff design makes for a slimmer fit that cross-country racers will love, and the back of the gloves is a fusion of mesh panels and one of the biggest thumb sweat/snot wipe areas we’ve ever seen.

The Rivet is an all-purpose mountain bike glove designed to provide protection and enhance control without adding excess weight or compromising ventilation.
• Upper - Moisture-wicking, 4 way stretch breathable upper.
• Palm - Super fit three-panel palm design, vented clarino synthetic leather palm enhances durability.
• Padding - None
• Features - Highly absorbent microfiber wiping surface, sonic-welded pull tab, low-profile Velcro closure and silicone fingertip print provides enhanced grip.

    Strong securley fitting leather gloves which don't make you sweat oodles from your palms. Great grip. The back of the glove (ie not the palm) looks pretty strange but is decent at abosrbing sweat.

    Typing with them on at the moment so pretty flexible.

    Lightweight, no fuss, XC glove that does the job admirably. Sweat is wicked away quickly with a 4 way stretch breathable upper. Some nice touches add to the love of the glove, such as silicone fingertips providing awesome grip. A highly absorbent microfiber wiping surface found just above the thumb for those cold days when the nose runs.
