Cyclejersey Ardbeg Freeride
BikeRadar verdict
"Custom design shirts for all cycling tribes in durable technical fabrics"
Cyclejersey specialise in iconic or custom designs printed on quality kit. Designs include our own Mint Sauce, 7Stanes, IMBA and the Ardbeg pictured. This is a freeride shirt, but they do a conventional XC/road top too.
The fabric sucks up sweat and dries swiftly, and the big, boxy cut gives ample room for movement. There are no shoulder seams to rub under bags and it has a V collar. The seams are double stitched on the hem and cuffs. Durability is decent, with fluffed threads but no pinholes after chafing. The price is higher than average for a short sleeve top, though custom jerseys can turn out cheaper if you order enough.
Decent jersey with great designs and custom options
Manufacturers description
The Ultimate Single Islay Malt Scotch Whisky.../ After being long term consumers of their fabulous whisky we approached Ardbeg to be allowed to make a jersey from their timeless logo. They said yes!/ With so many cyclists visiting their distillery all year round they couldn't wait to see the result, and have already taken more than a few to sell in their distillery shop./ We have used their main bottle logo on the front of the shirt, plus the circular 'A'on the back. Plus some of their interlocking celtic surround for the sidepanels. We like it./ Pour yourself a dram and get out for a ride./ Remember that all our prices are INCLUSIVE of postage and packing, if you live in the UK. A small extra charge is incurred for Europe or the rest of the world.Shopping partners
