Sugoi’s Arm Coolers are designed to both cool the skin in hot weather and protect it from the sun’s harmful UV rays. The thin Icefil fabric is treated with xylitol (sugar alcohol) to actively cool the skin while wet.
The Arm Coolers work well, with the buffeting of air against the arms giving a really relieving cooling sensation – though once moisture has evaporated, they’re the same as any other sun sleeve.
They’re non-compressive, and with the peace of mind you get from built-in UPF 50+ protection, they’re a great choice for hot rides or races.
