ITM 4Ever
BikeRadar verdict
"Ideal road race fork with good clearance for guards and tyres. Great price"
Like 4Ever is aimed at mudguard users and has correspondingly longer fork blades to provide clearance for mudguards and race tyres up to 25mm in section.
While the Bontrager is designed with long-distance comfort in mind, the 4Ever is more of a road-race fork with mudguard eyes. In use the fork blades are resistant to lateral forces giving good stability in blustery weather, and with extended use a couple of testers noted that the carbon steerer absorbs more high-frequency vibrations than an aluminium one but that the difference was only apparent with a large number (30mm) of stacking spacers above the headset.
Manufacturers description
