The Teramo uses an unusual alloy skeleton, around which the dual-density EPS liner is moulded. The basic fit is reassuringly deep and instantly felt comfortable, giving a safe and secure feeling.

Dialling in the retention strap, we loved the fine detents in the dial mechanism, which give a very precise fit. We also like the thick EVA foam pad, which again adds to the comfort.

Venting is very good, although we did find drips of sweat making it past the pads, which is worth noting if you’re a heavy sweater.
