Alessandro Ballan has been presented with a rainbow coloured Cento1 by Wilier Triestina to celebrate his 2008 World Championship success as the ‘hero of Varese’.

The bike’s paint job also includes a gold front end and fork.

The Cento1 features an integrated bottom bracket and seatpost, asymmetric rear arms and an exclusive carbon fibre frame.

Ballan first rode the bike at the Grio del Lazio and will continue to use the special presentation machine throughout 2009.
