Nalini integrates sensor into jersey

By BikeRadar

Nalini have launched a new bib pant that incorporates a Polar heart rate sensor. The new Nalini Rododendro houses an electrode sensor located on the back mesh of the pant's bib.

The idea is to do away with uncomfortable straps of the sensor. Because the sensor has to be in continual contact with the skin you must wear thermals and shirts over the bib.

The Rododendro Bib is compatible with all the Polar heart rate monitors although the Polar device is sold separately.

  • Fantastic - so instead of just using the strap - I just need to buy three or four pairs of these to make sure my HRM works when I train.

I've never had a problem with my strap being uncomfortable ? Am I in the minority ?

  • Yeah, another solution to a problem that didn't exist....
