Selected from more than 360 entries nationwide, the Northamptonshire student's design was described as "simple yet effective, bold and colourful" by ŠKODA UK. Harry will get the opportunity to present the jersey to the best climber at the Tour of Britain's official prize ceremony in London on 22 September 2013.
Harry said, "Riding my bike and art are two of my favourite things, so I’m really excited that my drawing will be used on the real jersey. I can’t wait to give it to the winner in September."
