RAF cyclists to cross America for charity
Sergeant Jason Lewis and Warrant Officer Nick Styles of the RAF are
planning to cycle 3,181 miles across
They will begin their epic journey in May 2009 at Santa
Monica Pier,
What makes this so unique and challenging is that Sergeant Lewis isn’t a cyclist – in fact, prior to his training, he was extremely inexperienced. But he’s not daunted by the average 90 miles a day he’ll need to cover in order to complete the challenge.
