Look Keo 2 Max review

A makeover sees pedals fit for long rides

BikeRadar score4/5

The Keo 2s are Look’s mid-range pedal, and this updated version loses some weight over previous models.

Featuring a 60mm-wide pedal platform, this gives 25 percent more cleat coverage, feeling stable under foot. They are also a cinch to clip into.

Spring tension is fully adjustable using a 4mm Allen key. The chromoly axles and needle bearings work without issue.

While it might be aimed more at the sportive rider, with Look’s more expensive Blade pedals aimed at racers, these still work well for all riding.

The only downer is that the cleats wear quicker than many of Look’s competitors.

  • Weight: 262g (pair)
  • Colours: Black, white
  • Cleat style: Look Keo
