Cycle Surgery's women-only evenings are returning to London this summer.
The free events were first held last summer and offered cyclists of all abilities tips on bike issues such as maintenance, clothing, nutrition and event preparation.
This time round the evenings, in association with Specialized, will each have a specific focus, following feedback from those who attended last year. So there are separate evenings specially designed for mountain bikers, roadies, city riders and commuters. You can book your place here.
Even though they are free to attend, Cycle Surgery will be putting on a spread of cupcakes and refreshments, as well as goodie bags containing products from Specialized, Pro Gold, Nuun and Maxifuel for the first 50 women to arrive at each evening.

- Thursday, 16 August at Cycle Surgery Victoria special focus - commuting & beyond.
- Tuesday, 21 August at Cycle Surgery Holborn special focus - riding in the city.
- Tuesday, 4 September at Specialized Concept Store Covent Garden special focus - road riding & charity events.
